The latest executive exchange on "The Chinese Macro Economy in 2009 and Beyond" was held on April 23 in Beijing with Mr. Ming Cong (丛明), Deputy Director General of Department of Macro-economic research, Research Office of the State Council and Mr. Wanmao Li (李万茂), Deputy Director General of Department of Investment & Construction, National Bureau of Statistics of the People’s Republic of China (NBS) as speakers. This executive exchange addressed the latest views and thinking on China’s stimulus plan and response to the financial crisis. Attendees were able to use this opportunity to gain insights into topics that help drive their potential investment decisions in China. Mr. Wanmao Li (李万茂)
Deputy Director General, Department of Investment & Construction, National Bureau of Statistics of the People’s Republic of China (NBS)
Mr. Li has ~20 years of experience in China’s fixed asset investments while at the National Bureau of Statistics, including in-depth research of fixed asset investment projects, construction and real estate. His expertise extends to topics including China’s infrastructure, housing, commercial and industrial land usage and geologic research. Through his many years of experience Mr. Li has a comprehensive perspective of both public and private investments at both a national and regional level.
