For clients who need access to a specific expert for an extended period of time or the whole duration of the client’s project, Capvision Partners can identify and recommend the right expert to the client for project-based consultations.

Project-based expert engagement allows clients to cooperate with experts in a variety of different ways (e.g., phone/ in-person consultations, field/site visits, technical/product evaluation, industry and/or company appraisals, etc.) to ensure maximum client benefit. Clients have the flexibility to discuss with the target expert prior to project engagement and tailor the length and scope of the expert service and output according to client’s project requirements.

Overview of Service Process:

• SUBMIT INQUIRY: the client submits project request to Capvision Partners via website, email or phone to indicate type of service required, project context, objectives, expected timing and expert preferences
• MATCH EXPERTS: based on client needs and criteria, Capvision Partners screens and recommends experts with the appropriate expertise and level of experience
• CONFIRM PROJECT: once the client has selected the expert, Capvision Partners will provide some facilitation to assist the client and the expert in confirming the overall project scope, timing and output. Experts have the option to accept or decline the proposed consultation
• CONDUCT PROJECT: the expert performs services and generates output according to the project terms agreed upon previously
